Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Central region team.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Tamworth office with hybrid and flexible working.Your new roleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of infrastructure and civil engineering projects, ensuring financial performance is maximised whilst maintaining the highest standards of project delivery.Key responsibilities will include:Managing project costs and commercial performance from inception to completionAdministering and managing contractual obligations and commitmentsProducing and managing cost value reconciliations, forecasting and cost planning activitiesSupporting project teams to identify efficiencies and value-engineering opportunitiesBuilding effective relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholdersProviding accurate commercial analysis, reporting and financial oversight across projects. ..... full job details .....
