The successful candidate will have proven experience working within the high-end residential sector , with a strong understanding of luxury refurbishments, bespoke residential developments and complex construction projects. The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor working across a portfolio of high-end residential projects. Managing projects from pre-construction through to final account. Taking responsibility for all commercial aspects of assigned projects. Producing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and valuations. Managing procurement and subcontractor packages.
