The Role Our client is looking for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join their team, taking responsibility for the financial management of construction projects from procurement through to final account. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of their projects within a business that values quality, strong relationships and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of construction projects from inception through to completion. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans and forecasts. Oversee subcontractor procurement, tender analysis and package negotiations. Prepare, submit and agree interim valuations and applications for payment. Manage variations, change control and contractual claims. Monitor project costs, cash flow and commercial risks. Negotiate and agree subcontractor final accounts.
