Senior Quantity Surveyor Hampshire Coast (Hybrid) £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits Permanent Ceto Talent are supporting a leading engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Southampton team. This is a genuine Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor opportunity where you''ll lead projects, mentor junior team members and help support the continued growth of a successful regional team. Working across education, healthcare, defence, coastal defence, commercial and public sector projects, you''ll take ownership of commercial delivery whilst building long-term client relationships and supporting future work-winning activity. What you''ll need MRICS qualified or actively working towards Chartership within the next 6-12 months Strong Quantity Surveying and Cost Management experience NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge Experience leading commercial delivery on projects Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Background within consultancy, contractor, infrastructure or building sectors Commercially aware with a proactive approach What you''ll be doing Leading the commercial delivery of projects from inception through to completion Managing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and reporting Administering NEC and/or JCT contracts Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors Contributing to bids, proposals and business development activities Ensuring successful project outcomes ..... full job details .....
