This role is suited to a commercially astute professional with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, leading commercial teams and driving project profitability from tender through to final account. Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial management of multiple projects or major standalone schemes. Take full responsibility for project cost control and financial performance. Oversee procurement strategies and subcontractor management. Prepare and review applications for payment and client valuations. Manage change control, variations and compensation events. Produce and review monthly CVRs, forecasts and cash flow reports. Negotiate and agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors. Provide commercial leadership and mentoring to junior surveyors.
