Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: Kings Lynn - Hybrid (2/3 Days in the Office)Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + PackageRole As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in Surfacing and Roads, you will play a vital role within the site and the company to ensure all works are completed to specification, in budget and on time.Requirements For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;Driving LicenceDegree in Quantity Surveying or related field (Ideal)For this role it is essential that you hold the skills and experience below;Completing Monthly budgetsProficient with Microsoft Office PackageKnowledge in NEC 3 or NEC 4 ContractsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExperienced in financial / commercial management of projectsExperience working on Surfacing schemes and Highways as a Quantity / Senior Quantity Surveyor in the UKResponsibilities:ProcurementAssisting in pricing variationsAnalysis of tender allowancesPreparing material reconciliationsProviding input on contractual issuesMentoring Junior Quantity SurveyorsCash management and maximisationManage the procurement of sub-contractorsPreparing and submitting material delivery sheetsStrong communication, sales and presentation skillsAssist in the production of monthly project cost and progress reportsMaintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clientsDevelop accurate and consistent bids with ..... full job details .....
