Senior Quantity Surveyor Contract: Outside IR35 Location: Bristol Rate: £400-£450 per day Duration: Initial 3-month contract with strong extension potential Start: ASAP Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to support a major Highways project within a fast-paced delivery environment? This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused SQS looking for a long-term contract role with strong project exposure and autonomy. The Senior Quantity Surveyor role will involve leading commercial activities across multiple project phases, ensuring strong contractual governance, cost control, and financial performance. You''ll work closely with operational teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success while maintaining compliance and commercial best practice.
