Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years'' experience operating at Senior level? Do you have experience working across facilities management, maintenance or small works projects, alongside larger projects valued up to £3.5m? Are you comfortable leading a commercial team while managing multiple fast-turnaround projects and contracts simultaneously? Location: New Eltham, South East London - home working 2 days per week after probation is passed Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum DOE + £6,000 car allowance and up to 10% discretionary bonus scheme For candidates currently operating at Commercial Manager level, there may be flexibility to consider salaries at a higher level, depending on experience.
