As the projects progress, you will support the commercial team in the evaluation and management of: Compensation Events and Change Control Variations / VO's Extension of Time (EOT) claims Subcontractor procurement and contract administration Commercial reporting and cost management Supporting the MQS with the delivery of project objectives   Requirements Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure or utilities projects. Strong subcontract procurement experience. Previous experience assessing and managing change, variations and EOT claims. Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge. Ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams.
