This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Senior QS with strong JCT contract experience and a proven track record of managing subcontractor accounts, variations, valuations, and final accounts through project completion. Relevant experience with JCT contracts and subcontract package management within large construction projects is sought. Your duties will include –   Lead all commercial aspects of the welfare facilities package from current stage through to final account. Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, variations, and contractual correspondence. Prepare, submit, and negotiate interim valuations and payment applications.
