Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Associate Southampton A well-established property consultancy is looking to strengthen its Southampton cost management team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor, at Surveyor, Senior, or Senior Associate level.The business operates across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, and leisure. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS looking to take the next step in their career within a growing consultancy, with the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects and take on increasing responsibility.The Role As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior / Senior Associate, you will be involved in delivering cost management services across a range of projects, working closely with clients, contractors and wider project teams.Responsibilities will include:Providing cost management and quantity surveying services throughout the project lifecycleCost planning, estimating and budgetingMeasurement and preparation of tender documentationProcurement and tender analysisContract administration and commercial managementInterim valuations, payment applications and cost reportingManaging variations, change control and final accountsProviding commercial advice to clients and project teamsAttending site and client meetingsDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupporting junior members of the team and contributing to the continued growth of the Southampton officePost-contract experience would be highly ..... full job details .....
