Senior / Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor London Property and Construction ConsultancyWe are working with an established multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy in central London. The business works across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, education and leisure, providing services across quantity surveying, building surveying, project management and employer''s agent. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Associate level Quantity Surveyor, to join their established cost management team in London.The Role You will join a growing cost management team, working alongside experienced surveyors and an Associate Director who leads the function. The role will provide exposure to a varied portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on the London residential market, and the opportunity to work on high quality developments.You will be involved in projects from inception to completion, so post-contract experience is highly desirable.Responsibilities will include:Providing quantity surveying and cost management services across a range of projectsPre and post-contract cost managementCost planning and estimatingProcurement and tenderingContract administration and commercial reportingManaging client relationshipsSupporting junior members of the teamAbout You We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years'' consultancy experience.
