The RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial and contractual expertise across major projects, working closely with clients, project managers, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to support successful project delivery.With NEC4 contract management at the heart of the role, you will advise on contractual matters, manage commercial processes and help project teams navigate changes, risks and financial challenges.This is a hands-on, client-facing position offering the opportunity to work closely with project delivery teams, contribute to commercial decision-making and develop practical solutions to complex contractual issues.
