With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for shop fitting and commercial projects, working closely with the project and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully, profitably and to programme.This is a senior position offering genuine responsibility across the full commercial lifecycle, from pre-construction and procurement through to final account.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial management of shop fitting and commercial projectsManaging project costs, budgets and forecastsPreparing CVRs and commercial reportsManaging subcontract procurement and subcontractor accountsReviewing and agreeing valuations and payment applicationsManaging variations, change and additional worksPreparing and agreeing final accountsIdentifying commercial risks and opportunitiesWorking closely with Project Managers and site teamsReviewing contract documentation and ensuring contractual ..... full job details .....
