This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key commercial role on complex, technically challenging schemes, with a particular focus on tunnelling works. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of projects operating under NEC Option C (Target Cost) contracts. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and the supply chain to ensure robust cost control, proactive risk management, and successful commercial outcomes. Given the nature of the projects, experience within tunnelling or underground works will be highly advantageous, enabling you to confidently manage the complexities and risks associated with these environments.
