We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major industrial construction project based in Wolverhampton.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a significant £25m scheme with a well-established project team, offering a long-term freelance assignment with the potential to extend beyond the initial contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management of a £25m industrial project.
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages.
• Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
• Valuations, variations, and change control.
• Contract administration and risk management.
• Preparation and agreement of final accounts.
• Supporting the project delivery team to achieve commercial objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
• Strong background delivering industrial, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial management processes and contract administration.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with site and project teams.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
