Senior Quantity Surveyor Dartford, Kent Up to £65,000 Car Allowance PackageA well-established and growing specialist Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) contractor based in Dartford is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of multiple projects across the social housing sector.This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior position with real influence, working closely with company directors and operational teams to drive commercial performance across a growing project portfolio.The RoleYou will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account, ensuring strong financial control while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and supply chain partners.Working closely with Directors, Contracts Managers and operational teams, you will play a central role in protecting the commercial position of the business while supporting its continued growth.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the commercial management of multiple projects from tender through to final accountCreating and maintaining project forecasts, budgets and cashflowActing as the primary commercial contact for clientsPreparing interim valuations, applications for payment and priced schedulesManaging and agreeing variations and change controlReviewing and assessing subcontractor applicationsNegotiating and agreeing final accountsProviding commercial input at tender and ..... full job details .....
