You'll initially take a key commercial role with a particular focus on capturing, substantiating and recovering change on a live project, while also supporting the ECI phase of a new project, which shall lead through to the constriuctioin phase and delivery. The Role: Proactively identify and capture change as it occurs Maintain strong contemporary records to support entitlement Prepare and substantiate quotations and variations Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial controls Subcontractor procurement and account management Work closely with site teams to ensure commercial issues aren't missed Support the ECI development of upcoming scheme Assist with pricing, measurement and take-offs Review design development for cost and commercial risk Support buildability, procurement and package strategy Identify risk and opportunity before construction begins Work collaboratively with o...
