Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Wigan. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior management and directors, taking commercial responsibility for multiple projects valued between -500k and -15m. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring schemes are delivered profitably whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
