Senior Quantity Surveyor

A medium sized construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Guildford office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver professional quantity surveying services across heritage, education and residential sectors. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role offers the opportunity to manage projects from feasibility through to final account, providing full pre and post contract quantity surveying support. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role within the cost management team, taking responsibility for client liaison and mentoring junior quantity surveying staff. The practice provides cost management and project support services to public and private sector clients. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with Directors and form part of a collaborative surveying team based in Guildford.
