Senior Quantity Surveyor

A multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Epping office. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of an experienced cost management team delivering projects across a varied mix of residential, commercial, education, healthcare and public-sector environments.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for commissions from initial feasibility and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. Working directly with clients, consultants and contractors, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide commercially focused advice while maintaining control of budgets, programme implications and contractual matters throughout delivery.This opportunity would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong UK consultancy experience who is comfortable leading projects and managing client relationships independently.
