This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong Quantity Surveying and Employer''s Agent experience to take a leading role across industrial and logistics projects.The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a professional team with a healthy pipeline of work across warehouses, distribution centres, logistics and wider industrial schemes. This role would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is confident managing projects from feasibility stage through to completion and acting as Employer''s Agent.The RoleThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading cost planning, feasibility advice, procurement, tender reporting, contract administration, valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts.As Employer''s Agent, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead meetings, manage contractual matters, advise clients, coordinate consultants and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also support junior team members where required and maintain strong client relationships throughout each stage of the project.The CandidateThe ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent construction-related qualification.
