This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work on high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, residential, hospitality, life sciences, and mixed-use development.The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a number of key commissions, managing projects from early feasibility and cost planning through to procurement, construction, and final account. You will act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients, provide clear strategic guidance, and ensure projects remain financially controlled throughout their lifecycle.This role would suit a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys leading projects, building strong client relationships, and supporting junior colleagues.
