This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across a varied portfolio of property and construction projects throughout Kent, London and the wider South East. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage commissions from initial feasibility and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients, architects, contractors and wider consultant teams, providing clear commercial advice while maintaining control of project costs, risk and contractual matters.
