I am recruiting on behalf of a leading FM client, seeking a Senior QS to join their team in Swansea working on a huge high profile contract in the public sector. Covering the full estate, projects will include, refurbishment, fit out, road surfacing, civils and construction works. Our client is seeking the successful candidate to have NEC contract experience and be able to work on both pre and post contract work. The role also offers huge opportunities to progress and post yourself into the business'' limelight as this is a key contract for the business. Support and guidance is available and you will be working alongside the Commercial Manager who is a great person to be around. The role is a hybrid position with 3 days on site in Swansea and 2 days working from home. Package is a salary of up to 65k plus car or car allowance. Security clearance will be required in this role. Main Duties Responsibilities To maximise the successful running and commercial control of each project. Accurate management of projects through budgeting and reporting to enable each to be delivered in accordance with contract conditions in the most cost-effective manner possible.
