Senior Quantity Surveyor

This permanent opportunity offers 65,000- 85,000 per annum and would ideally suit someone with an MEP background. Candidates from reputable main contractors or subcontractors will also be considered where they can demonstrate strong NEC contract experience.The RoleYou''ll take commercial responsibility across the project, working closely with operational teams to manage contractual obligations, risk, change and financial performance.Your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting payment applications, managing variations and compensation, maintaining commercial records and supporting subcontract accounts through to final settlement.You''ll also monitor project progress, provide accurate internal reporting and work with the wider team to identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial and contractual requirements throughout project deliveryIdentify and manage project risks, opportunities and changePrepare and submit applications for paymentManage compensation events and variationsSupport subcontract accounts through to final settlementMaintain accurate records to protect contractual entitlementsMonitor progress alongside operational teamsProduce accurate commercial reports and project documentationSupport negotiations through to final accountEnsure work is carried out in line with contractual and company requirementsWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity SurveyorMEP / MandE ..... full job details .....
