With a strong pipeline of secured projects in the Basingstoke area, ranging in value from £5M-15M, they have built an excellent reputation for delivering rainscreen cladding replacement, fire remediation, and external envelope works across the South. The Opportunity The company is exceptionally busy and is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be site-based on a £10M façade remediation scheme in Basingstoke. The company will consider an established Senior Quantity Surveyor or a motivated Quantity Surveyor looking to take a step up in responsibility. The Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Responsible for the financial control of projects valued from £5M to £20M. Working with JCT contracts.
