The consultancy works closely with their clients to understand and manage cladding and internal combustibility risk, defects and remedial issues. They are presently overseeing the refurbishment of multiple facades on residential buildings and they work with a wide range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies. You will be office-based, visiting sites when required and must be able to drive. You will manage cladding upgrades and remedial works to existing buildings. You will be responsible for inviting contractors to tender, placing orders, making payments, monitoring costs, visiting sites and preparing final accounts. This role would suit a  Quantity Surveyor  or  Senior Quantity Surveyor  from a Main Contracting or Consultancy background.
