Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients while ensuring all processes are followed to keep outstanding cash within targets.Timely cash collection and accurate valuation of work; support weekly and monthly CVRs.Help manage suppliers and subcontractors, drive performance improvements, and oversee Early Warning and Compensation Events.Present productivity insights to support tender compliance and engage in client negotiations around unit rates and KPIs.Monitor contract KPIs and implement smart changes to continuously enhance performance and deliver value with care and precision.What you’ll bring
Degree in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experienceStrong commercial awareness and proven success in construction rolesExpert in Standard Forms of Contract and Methods of MeasurementSolid grasp of programming techniques and project controlsConfident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Professional, insightful, and collaborative approach to projectsWhat’s in it for you?
