Senior Quantity Surveyor

Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor South West England Site-Based 18-Month Contract Berkshire Talent Partnership is recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a client delivering a major 100m renewable energy infrastructure project in the South West. This is a significant heavy infrastructure scheme and presents an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project at a critical stage of construction. The successful candidate will become a key member of the site delivery team, taking ownership of commercial and contractual activities throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates with strong experience administering NEC4 contracts within major infrastructure, energy, utilities, civil engineering or EPC environments are particularly encouraged to apply. The Role Reporting into the Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of the project, ensuring contractual obligations are met, risks are effectively managed, and project objectives are delivered in line with budget and programme. This is a predominantly site-based position and will suit an individual who enjoys working closely with construction and project delivery teams in a live project environment.
