Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a genuinely strong opportunity to take a senior commercial position with a growing specialist building envelope contractor operating on some of the more technically demanding external works schemes across London. The business has built its reputation delivering complex recladding, external wall insulation, light steel framing, brickwork, roofing and curtain walling packages, and now needs a Senior QS to take commercial ownership across projects with values ranging from 5 million to 15 million. Based in modern riverside offices in North Greenwich, the company employs around 30 staff and works predominantly inside the M25 alongside select schemes in the wider South East. Projects span both new build envelope work and remedial and recladding schemes, with a growing pipeline of secured work. FIRAS certification for passive fire protection and cavity barriers reflects the technical standards the business operates to. This role sits at the heart of commercial delivery. Reporting to senior leadership, you will take full ownership of the commercial performance of your project portfolio, work closely with hands-on directors and mentor junior members of the commercial team.
