The business forms part of a wider group covering construction, M&E, flooring and energy solutions, and works nationally across roadside retail, petroleum, education, healthcare, commercial, retail and custodial sectors for clients including major fuel operators, NHS trusts, blue chip retailers and government departments. This role has been created to take ownership of the commercial management function and lead a junior QS team. The MD is currently the first point of contact for every QS in the business and needs someone thoughtful, organised and methodical to head this up and pull the commercial team together. You will take direct responsibility for CVRs, cost reporting and the day-to-day commercial oversight of live projects, while mentoring and developing the wider commercial team.
