Senior Quantity Surveyor

Benjamin Grace are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing business working on high-profile projects within a fast-paced environment. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account. This Senior Quantity Surveyor position offers long-term career progression, exposure to major infrastructure works and the opportunity to work within a strong and supportive commercial team. Key Responsibilities Produce CVR/CTC reports, cost reports and forecasts Manage cash flow and overall commercial performance across projects Oversee EWNs, CEs, applications, claims and dispute resolution Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation and payment processes Ensure effective contract management and commercial risk mitigation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the supply chain Support and mentor junior commercial team members About You Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, construction or major projects Strong commercial awareness with excellent cost control and reporting experience Strong understanding of contracts and commercial management processes Excellent stakeholder management ..... full job details .....
