This is predominantly an office-based position , taking responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of fa-ade remediation projects across London. Key Responsibilities Preparation and management of monthly CVRs Commercial reporting, forecasting and cost control Managing subcontractor procurement and subcontract orders Reviewing and administering contractual documentation Managing consultant appointments Assessing variations, valuations and payments Identifying and managing commercial and contractual risk Working closely with project teams to monitor project performance Supporting final accounts and commercial close-out Ensuring projects are managed in accordance with agreed contractual terms Requirements Previous experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or specialist contractor environment Strong experience producing and managing CVRs Good comme...
