Lead the procurement process from tendering to contract awardAdminister subcontracts and manage variations, claims, and paymentsCollaborate closely with project teams and clientsProvide expert guidance on IChemE, JCT, NEC3 and NEC4 contractsWhat You Bring
5+ years in procurement/contract management (construction or engineering)RICS-qualified (or working toward it) with a degree in Quantity SurveyingStrong working knowledge of standard forms of contractExcellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skillsExperience in EPCM or regulated sectors.Whatever your discipline, you’ll be alongside some of the most talented people in the industry.
