Our projects team based in Westminster are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a key role within the commercial team, responsible for ensuring cost control, value for money and robust commercial governance across the contract. The role suits a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working in a structured, framework-driven environment and who values consistency, accuracy and collaboration. What You''ll Be Doing Managing the commercial and financial performance of planned project refurbishment works Preparing and reviewing valuations, cost reports and forecasts Managing subcontractor accounts, applications and final accounts Controlling variations, ensuring accurate pricing and commercial justification Supporting the preparation of budgets, cashflow forecasts and cost value reconciliations Working closely with operational teams to ensure alignment between delivery and commercial outcomes Ensuring compliance with contract terms, schedule of rates and client requirements Identifying and managing commercial ..... full job details .....
