The programme is expected to provide at least four years of work, offering excellent stability and the opportunity to build valuable experience within the aviation and wider infrastructure sectors.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide a full quantity surveying service across assigned projects, working closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, Commercial Managers and the wider project team from inception through to completion.The RoleYou will typically take responsibility for projects valued at 10m+, while also supporting Commercial Managers on larger projects potentially exceeding 100m.Responsibilities will include:Developing and maintaining complete project cost plans and cost estimates.Supporting governance, procurement and risk drawdown processes.Managing project budgets and ensuring value for money.Validating costs using appropriate internal and external benchmarks.Assessing contractor payment ..... full job details .....
