This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor who is looking for genuine ownership of their projects , rather than simply being responsible for one element of the commercial function. As a Project Surveyor, you will typically manage around three projects at any one time , taking full commercial responsibility from start through to completion. You will be responsible for the commercial performance of your projects, including CVRs, forecasting, cost control, valuations, variations and final accounts . Projects will generally range from £1m to £6m and will be delivered under JCT Traditional and Design & Build contracts .
