The project has a significant programme still ahead, with major procurement and subcontract activity remaining. This gives the incoming Senior QS the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful commercial packages from an important stage of the project rather than joining primarily for account close-out. The position would suit an established Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for greater project responsibility, as well as a strong Project QS who is ready to step properly into Senior QS level.
