Duties and Responsibilities:Manage daily commercial functions ensuring strict cost control and alignment with project budgets.Oversee accurate monthly measurements and valuations of work in progress, preparing comprehensive applications for payment in a timely manner. Formulate accurate cash flow forecasts, Cost Value Reconciliations and monthly commercial reports for the senior leadership team.Manage, negotiate, and successfully settle sub-contract final accounts while mitigating variations and disputes.Standardise and manage sub-contract enquiries, analyse tenders, and compile robust sub-contract orders that ..... full job details .....
