Senior Quantity Surveyor Leeds £65,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Our client, an established main contractor based in West Yorkshire, is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their expanding team. Operating nationally across the residential and commercial sectors, they deliver both new build and refurbishment projects . This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on large-scale new build developments, working alongside an experienced senior team and benefitting from clear career progression. Role Responsibilities Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of 1-2 live projects at a timeOversee new build and refurbishment schemes and other large-scale projects from start to finishPrepare valuations, forecasts, reconciliations, and cost reportsHandle subcontractor procurement, valuations, and paymentsMaintain strong financial control and ensure profitable project outcomesWork closely with the Commercial Director, providing regular reporting Candidate Requirements Solid background as a Quantity Surveyor in residential and/or commercial constructionExperience working on commercial and residential projectsStrong commercial and contractual knowledge, with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple responsibilities independentlyHighly motivated, organised, and proactiveWillingness to travel nationally as required If the above role is of interest, please apply to this advert today or contact James ..... full job details .....
