The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a key role in the commercial management of multiple construction projects from procurement through to final account. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing project budgets and cost plans Procuring and managing subcontractor packages Producing monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) Managing variations, valuations and final accounts Assessing subcontractor applications and payments Identifying and managing commercial risks Providing contractual advice under JCT and NEC contracts Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams Supporting and mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors Working closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery About You We''re looking for someone who can demonstrate: Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline ..... full job details .....
