The Opportunity
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion, providing expert cost consultancy services and working closely with prestigious clients, developers, and stakeholders across multiple sectors.

You''ll enjoy real project variety, strategic client exposure, and the chance to contribute to complex, high-value developments that will strengthen both your experience and professional profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
• Cost planning, budgeting, and feasibility reporting
• Procurement strategy and tender management
• Contract administration and commercial management
• Risk analysis and value engineering
• Client relationship management and stakeholder liaison
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy / cost consultancy environment
• Strong multi-sector project exposure
• Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• MRICS or working towards chartership preferred
• A proactive, career-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
