Location: Immingham
Salary: -70,000 - -85,000 + package

I''m currently working with a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team on a major port-based project in Immingham.

This is a substantial project with a strong civils focus, offering the opportunity to take ownership of commercial delivery within a busy project environment.

The role:

• Managing the commercial function across the project
• Cost control, forecasting and monthly reporting
• Managing change, variations and compensation events
• Subcontract procurement and management
• Applications, valuations and final accounts
• Identifying and managing commercial risk and opportunity
• Working closely with the project and commercial teams

What they''re looking for:

• Strong Quantity Surveying background within civil engineering/infrastructure
• Previous experience operating at SQS level
• Strong NEC experience
• Experience managing subcontractors and commercial change
• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
