Senior Quantity Surveyor

I''m recruiting on behalf of a well-established, nationally recognised main contractor that''s looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.

This is an opportunity to work on high-value construction projects ranging from -5m to -60m+, delivering schemes across industrial, logistics and commercial sectors as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking business.

• Lead the commercial management of construction projects from procurement through to final account.
• Manage subcontract procurement, valuations and payments.
• Prepare client valuations, variations and cost reports.
• Identify and manage commercial risks.
• Work closely with project teams to maximise profitability and project performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Experience delivering industrial, commercial, logistics or large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is desirable.
