Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to develop your career within a leading construction and infrastructure consultancy? Do you have experience managing the commercial aspects of infrastructure projects and a strong understanding of NEC contracts? We are currently working with an established consultancy looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of major projects, providing commercial expertise and cost management services throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will have experience across both pre- and post-contract stages and will play an important role in delivering projects efficiently, managing commercial risks and providing clients with effective, value-driven solutions. Projects may span a variety of infrastructure sectors, including: Highways and transportationRail and public transportEnergy, including nuclear and renewablesUtilities, including water and communicationsDefence infrastructureAviation Experience in every sector is not essential.
