Advise a multi-disciplined team of Project Managers, Operations Managers, Cost Controllers and other supporting roles in all commercial/contractual & contract administration matters. Support the PMO to deliver in line with the project and business objectives Fulfil the duties of a member of the Senior Management team. Ensure the Project Delivery Teams embrace necessary change, assisting developing improvements through lessons learned.
