Client-side QS or commercial backgrounds will not be suitable for this position. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and/or rail infrastructure, with proven experience managing subcontractor accounts and working with NEC contracts. Key Responsibilities Administer NEC contracts in line with contractual and project requirements. Manage subcontractor accounts, including valuations, applications for payment, variations, compensation events and final accounts.
