The business has been established since 2007, with its headquarters in Ireland and a UK office in Luton, and is now looking to strengthen its commercial capability in the North West. With plans to establish a dedicated North West presence, this is an exciting time to join the business and play an important role in its continued development. The Opportunity As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager and take a hands-on role across a portfolio of projects typically valued between £300k and £3m. This isn''t a role where you''ll be restricted to one narrow area of commercial management. You''ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from estimating and pricing through to cost reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts.
