Our client is interested in a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor that has experience working with groundworks contractors. As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will: Maintain accurate records, control and reconcile costs and value, report variances against agreed performance, compliance and finance targets. Take control of change management and manage final accounts. Be responsible for subcontract procurement and managing their accounts . Our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with: Previous experience of working with civil engineering contractors. Experience of commercially delivering multi-million-pound schemes. Strong commercial awareness and acumen. Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying. Experience of NEC forms of contract.
